RHV: Cannot open console in User Portal, "Can't find VM with id"
Issue
- Cannot open console of Virtual Machine in User Portal
- When accessing guest console from User Portal, the following error shows up in a window:
Operation Cancelled:
Can't find VM with id <vm_id>.
