rabbitmq: HA-Config crash with "exception exit" with multiple error
Issue
*Pacemaker was showing UNCLEAN states for all resources for a long time caused by a split brain situation after a network glitch.
*Rabbitmq server crash with "exception exit" with multiple error.
* Rabbitmq Erlang chrashed were generated and showing dead members.
*Oslo_messaging.notify._impl_messaging showing INTERNAL_ERROR.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Openstack Platform 7.
- Red Hat Openstack Platform 8.
