Support for MS SQL Server as message persistence layer.

Issue

• We are working towards implementing ESB for this account. They prefer to use SQL Server as persistence layer for AMQ. They have two SQL Server in different sites but are behind a single vip and using MS Always ON technology. Do we support SQL Server and/or SQL Server with Always ON?
