Pecl throws an errors about not being able to connect to the proxy via ssl
Issue
- When pear/pecl from php 5.6 as supplied with Software Collections is configured to use a proxy, pear works correctly, but pecl throws errors about not being able to connect to the proxy via ssl.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.x
- Red Hat Software Collections (RHSCL) 2.2
