HTTP 400 errors when percent-encoded slashes (%2F) are sent to JBoss
Issue
A JAX-RS service is configured with @Path("/a/{path}"), but when we send a request to /a/my%2Fpath it fails with a HTTP 400 error rather than running the method with path set to "my/path".
