How does one use python to communicate with an Oracle Database if `cx_Oracle` is not included in Red Hat Enterprise Linux? Is there some sort of alternative?

- Red Hat doesn't ship
cx_Oraclepackage which can be used for python to communicate with Oracle Database. - Is there any other method or package available in Red Hat Enterprise Linux which can be used for this purpose?
