policykit-gnome authentication dialog focus issue in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6

Issue

• Policykit gnome authentication dialog does not always get focus on RHEL6
• Problem is seen when the application launching the dialog has recently got focus or title bar of the application is clicked.
• Problem is observed only during first launch of dialog box after getting the focus for application in question.
• Any new dialog box launched after first unsuccessful attempt will get focus.
• This correct behaviour continues until the application in question looses focus again or title bar of the application is clicked.
• The behaviour is easily reproducible using system-config-services and gpk-update-viewer
• Problem is seen while using metacity as well as kwin.
• No problem observed using motif window manager (mwm).
