What happens if all nodes lose access to the quorum device in a RHEL cluster?
I want to avoid all nodes evicting each other or themselves in the event that they lose access to the quorum device (qdisk) simultaneously.
How can I configure cluster in such a way that if neither of the hosts can access quorum disk suddenly, they would still stay in cluster and provide services?

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the High Availability Add On
Cluster configured to use a quorum device
