How to create Logwatch filters for multipathd log entries?

Issue

There does not seem to be a Logwatch filter that recognises the multipathd entries in /var/log/messages, in particular the "tur checker reports path is down" entries.
Do I have to write my own filter to recognise multipathd log entries?
