Why "pinentry-gtk-2" consumes a lot of CPU in RHEL?

Issue

• After configuring GPG on a system, the following process started consuming lot of CPU :

  # ps -ef|grep pinen
  root      8161 15885 99 Jun24 ?        10-04:58:31 /usr/bin/pinentry-gtk-2
  

• The system is running in text mode(runlevel3). Users do not connect on the console, they are connecting to the system via SSH only.
