Race condition while changing scheduling policy and/or compat level
Issue
- After following steps 1 and 2 in Upgrade Guide, step 3 fails while trying to select
InClusterUpgradescheduling policy - Cannot revert back scheduling policy from
InClusterUpgradeto any other policy
