How to use Spring DM Managed Properties in ServiceMix?

The Spring Dynamic Modules documentation, chapter 10 deals with Spring DMs support of the OSGi Configuration Admin service.
Chapter 10.1.2 introduces the concept of Managed Properties.
These can be used to dynamically update a Spring beans configuration at runtime.
