RHEL Atomic Host upgrade fails if LVM changes are made during the upgrade process
Issue
- atomic host upgrade fails with the following error:
error: During /etc merge: Failed to read modified config file 'lvm/archive/.lvm_$HOSTNAME_$NUMBER_$OTHERNUMBER': No such file or directory
- Upgrading RHEL Atomic Host while extending root LV at the same time causes upgrade to fail
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host 7.2
