[RHEV] Host doesn´t switch to Maintenance mode, shows running VMs.
Issue
- Host does not switch to maintenance mode.
- Host actually does not have any VM running on it. But on portal it shows VMs running and hence can not switch to maintenance mode.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.5
- vdsm
