[A-MQ, JDBC persistence, Lease Locker] using JDBCPersistentAdaptor and lease database locker, master and slave broker were active at the same time
Issue
- it is possible that under certain circumstances the keepalive thread in the "master broker" will be blocked and will not renew the lease. This can allow the "slave broker" to become active at the same time as the original "master broker"
