Fuse HQ 3.2.5.1 Server console display Exception

Error creating platform from AI data Server id 10007 already added.

In Fuse HQ 3.2.5.1 when some resources are skipped from adding to inventory, trying to add those previously skipped resources from the server dashboard fails with the following exception:

Unable to import platform : java.rmi.ServerException: RuntimeException; 
nested exception is : org.hyperic.hq.common.SystemException: 
javax.ejb.TransactionRollbackLocalException: Error creating platform from AI 
data Server id 10007 already added; CausedByException is : Error creating 
platform from AI data Server id 10007 already added.
