Can not deploy application using leveldb as file aggregation repository on Windows Server 2012 R2

Issue

We use camel-levelDB component and LevelDB as file aggregation repository. The application fails to deploy to Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 with a leveldb library error:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load library. Reasons: [no leveldbjni64-1.8 in java.library.path, no leveldbjni-1.8 in java.library.path, C:\Fuse\jboss-fuse-6.2.1.redhat-084\data\cache\bundle290\version0.0\bundle.jar-lib\0\META-INF\native\windows64\leveldbjni.dll: Can't find dependent libraries, C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp\leveldbjni-64-1-96920695734139116.8: Can't find dependent libraries]

The application deploys without issue to Windows 10 and but fails only on Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2.
