RHEL7.2 で、インストール後に rpc-statd.service が開始しないため NFS クライアントが NFSv3 マウントをマウントできない

Issue

• RHEL7.2 を新規インストールすると、rpc-statd.service が失敗し、NFS クライアントが NFSv3 マウントポイントをマウントすることができません。
• mount コマンドを実行すると以下の出力結果が表示されます。

Job for rpc-statd.service failed because the control process exited with error code.See "systemctl status rpc-statd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
mount.nfs: rpc.statd is not running but is required for remote locking.
mount.nfs:Either use '-o nolock' to keep locks local, or start statd.
