Issue

• After upgrade content hosts are not showing as checked in. The content hosts also cannot be updated from the Satellite user interface (i.e. updates to content views or lifecycle environment for that host).

• The content hosts themselves appear to be working and can access content on the previously selected content view.

• Further, I noticed that there is a running task for Actions::Katello::System::Update in paused/error state. Resuming the task ends in immediate failure of "StandardError: This action is not meant to be finalized".
• On all Organizations, already registered content hosts have Subscription Status as a black dot
