"admin list" shows incorrect status in Fuse active/standby set-up
Issue
The admin command can be used to create multiple instances of Fuse that share the same filesystem area. These instances will work in an active/standby mode, using a lock to determine which instance is active at any particular time. The admin list command displays which instances are in which states. If two instances are started in quick succession, then the information reported may be incorrect: the process ID of the standby instance is shown as active.
