Issue

The cxf-se component stops receiving messages from the cxf-bc component when multiple clients are concurrently invoking on the service.

Via jconsole it appears the SedaQueue for the cxf-se component is full or almost full. The number of outstanding messages for the cxf-se endpoint is very low when compared to the number of outgoing messages from the cxf-bc
