Openshift - Add a new node from an existing installation to another one

Issue

• We have the following scenario:

We have one Openshift deployment in one location/network/subnet and another independent one in another location/network/subnet.
The 2 networks are linked with a VPN (StrongSwan solution). There is connectivity between VMs in the different subnets.

Which is the easiest and efficient way of removing a node manually from Deployment 1 and add it to Deployment 2?

I am looking for another way than using Ansible playbooks.

This is needed only for testing purposes to see if the VPN works as expected and we can deploy an application from Master on Deployment 1 on a node on a different network.
