Issue in CXF web service encountered during migration from FUSE ESB 3.3.1.4 to 3.3.1.11:
A client can connect to the CXF web service but receives no response to it's invocation.
The CXF service assembly deploys and starts up correctly.
The ESB has been configured to use only one straight through flow.
