when we uninstall/install the same application (which as RMI port bound), it cannot rebound to RMI port while installing it
Issue
when we uninstall/install the same application (which as RMI port bound), it cannot rebound to RMI port while installing it
we expect to have a consistent port for RMI and after re-installing we should see the rebounding to the same port happening.
