Pods are stuck in ContainerCreating stage
Issue

When a pod gets stuck in container creating stage and throws an event error similar to the following
Failed sync Error syncing pod, skipping: failed to "StartContainer" for "POD" with RunContainerError: "runContainer: API error (500): unable to open database file -
When docker gets full it gets corrupt and fails to work in expected way.
Environment
- OpenShift Enterprise 3.2.0
