Issue

Feature for IDM users to enable/disable the user in certain time period without any manual interaction.
As having with very many externals and temporary employees it would be very beneficial to have a feature in IdM to set start and end time for active user accounts. The feature should automatically enable/disable the user for that time period without any manual interaction. Also it would be nice if it triggers an email to notify e.g. administrators about that fact.
