Error: pkgKey xx doesn't exist in repo distro

Issue

Unable to patch from in a disconnected environment. Yum update failing iwth pkgKey error as below :

# yum --enablerepo=* update  
This system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.
Error: pkgKey 114 doesn't exist in repo distro
 You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
