Can not setup host network for vlan tagged interface in RHSC

Issue

• Using RHSC console the gluster node could not configured over vlan tagged interface
• The RHSC showing error 'connectivity check failed' on console while configuring gluster node

• The vdsm logs on gluster node show following error:
