Issue

OSP volume encryption on iSCSI backend doesn't work
- It was tried to set encryption as outlined in
  http://docs.openstack.org/juno/config-reference/content/section_initial-configuration.html
  and tried to perfrom the validation as per
  http://docs.openstack.org/juno/config-reference/content/section_testing_encryption.html on NFS, but on BZ 1305024#c2, it was mentioned that encryption doesn't work with NFS or RBD volumes, so iSCSI was tested but not validated to hide plaintext contents.
