Why does CDK 2.1 not work?
Issue
When attempting to use the CDK (either via 'vagrant up' or through DevStudio) the environment is not usable. Vagrant output looks as if things are going well, but they aren't. Close comparison between a machine that runs successfully and the problematic machine shows that vagrant-registration does not behave the same between "Machine booted and ready" and "Checking for guest additions in VM".
