Issue

  • Non-clustered volume group got removed during lvm operation in Red Hat High Availability cluster with mixing of old clvmd (lvm2-cluster) and new lvm2 (lvm2-2.02.143-7.el6) tools and clvmd running.
  • Volume group got removed when extending non-clustered logical volume.
