Fuse server not serving SSL port even after configuration is completed in Windows environment.

Issue

• On Windows platform, we installed Redhat fuse 6.2.1_90 version and made necessary changes to jetty.xml and org.ops4j.pax.web and key store is placed in the directory. We are using non-fabric mode.

• when we start the fuse server with .fuse command, it comes up but unable to access anything using https://localhost:8443/hawtio or https://127.0.0.1:8443/hawtio it shows page cant be displayed.

• when we revert back the changes and disable SSL , it works fine.
