Error of "No more available PCI addresses" when adding VirtIO disk and VirtIO-SCSI disk is failing to activate successfully.
Issue
- Unable to add disk to guest.
- When adding
VirtIO diskerror is "No more available PCI addresses". - Able to add
VirtIO-SCSIdisk but it is not activating.
