Why does the third party monitoring tool 'check_openmanage' from Nagios shows that that 'megaraid_sas' driver is out of date ?

Issue

• The third party monitoring tool 'check_openmanage' shows the below message on a Dell Power Edge 2950 server with Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4, why ?

  [HCGGX2J] Controller 0 [PERC 5/i Integrated]: Driver 00.00.03.16 is out of date  
  

• The current driver version is 00.00.03.16 and the minimum required version is 00.00.03.20. Why does it not use the latest driver details ?
