Kernel panic - not syncing: Hard LOCKUP during loss of an FC path
Issue
- Rebooting a SAN switch inside 1 Fabric, the other Fabric was left untouched. The SAN switch is not directly connected to the Server. The server was hanging and dumping the kernel.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.8
- Serial console
- 200 FC LUNs using two paths each
