How to remove LDAP authentication from Red Hat JBoss Fuse

Issue

Enabling LDAP authentication per the Red Hat Jboss Fuse Security Guide involves copying a ldap-module.xml file to the deploy directory. Removing the ldap-module.xml file from the deploy directory does not remove LDAP authentication.
