Set DHCP port attributes in Openstack

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

How to set specific port attributes of the DHCP server in Openstack.

Example:
Configure fixed IP addresses for an instance, that are used for the DHCP agents? The DHCP agent is using a different IP address after restarting the resource. If an external DNS server is used for instances, the IP address for each instance should be fixed or this would break the DNS for that instance.
