Watchdog doesn't work in RHEL 6
Issue
- Why does RHEL6 include an older version of the watchdog package than RHEL5?
- Watchdog fails to reset the ipmi watchdog timer on Sun x4100 hardware -- the system reboots continuously if the watchdog daemon is started
