PackageKit zsh command_not_found_handler for zsh prints error twice
Issue
Packagekit installs a command handler for bash (command_not_found_handle) in /etc/profile.d/ which gets automatically loaded. Newer versions also add the equivalent for zsh, command_not_found_handler. This handler duplicates the Command not found message.
