Cannot show information about servers when image is gone
Issue
-When instance is launched from an image and the image is deleted afterwards, running "openstack server show instance_id" on the instance would fail and
produce only error "Image not found" output.
-However "nova show instance_id" will run fine and show "image gone" message for deleted image which is ok.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 6.0.
- python-openstackclient- older than python-openstackclient-1.0.1-3.el7ost.
