Unable to mount XFS volume

Issue

  • When trying to boot the operating system, the following error message is thrown:

    Failed to mount /sysroot

  • When tried to execute xfs_repair /dev/sda2, got the error:

    xfs_repair: error - read only 0 of 512 bytes
