Unable to set instance resource quota on rbd disk.
Issue
- It is possible to use flavor's properties to customize instances. For example, it is possible to set various limits (quotas) for different resources. There are a number of various parameters that limit Instance's access to its disks. It is enforce this parameters for ephemeral disks, but they will not work for cinder volumes.
