Issue
- Unable to simultaneously start multiple instances of Oracle databases using 'rgmanager' on the same node
- Errors present in
/var/log/messages:
'Jan 18 21:21:05 xxxxxxxxx clurgmgrd[32578]: <err> Unique attribute collision. type=oracledb attr=user value=oracle'
