Resolution

  • In order to add a second KVM host, follow the steps below:

    1. Ensure the second host has libvirt installed/running.
    2. Open virt-manager on your first host.
    3. Select file in the upper left hand corner of virt-manager and <Add Connection>.
    4. Next, choose the button for qemu/KVM and select <Connect to remote host>.
    5. Enter the hostname and the host details and when finished select <connect>.
