Can't find Fuse Integration Services [FIS] or A-MQ xPaaS image templates in the Container Development Kit [CDK v2.0]
Issue
It is not clear that the OpenShift Enterprise xPaaS image documentation does not apply to the containerized OpenShift Enterprise instance delivered as a part of the Container Development Kit as discussed in section 1.3 WHAT IS INSIDE CDK.
In particular, under the header OpenShift Source-to-Image (S2I) Workflow it specifies that the Fuse Integration Services image streams json file can be found on the filesystem at:
/usr/share/openshift/examples/xpaas-streams/fis-image-streams.json
However, in a CDK 2.0 installation there are no files or sub-directories contained within the /usr/share/openshift directory.
