[Satellite6] derived SKU not deleted after parent subscription was removed
Issue
- having SKU for a virtual datacenter, derived from a usual subscription
- refreshing the parent subscription
- using the derived SKU
- deleting the parent SKU
- derived SKUs are not automatically deleted, causing some entitlements are occupied
