Changing the "From" address for a cron generated e-mail in Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Issue

• Our security team that wants a parse of some logs sent to them every day from a specific server. Attempting to add a cron job to do that resulted in a problem with the from addresses. We require the from address to be is-unixtech@company.com instead of root@servername.company.com, since the mail team isn't happy when we send mail from an account that doesn't exist in their records. How can we change this?
