Not able to run cron jobs as a specific user

Issue

Cron jobs are not running for a user1 and you see the errors in /var/log/secure

May 27 14:51:05 example crontab: pam_succeed_if(crond:account): requirement "user ingroup role-sa" not met by user "user1"
May 27 14:51:05 example crontab: pam_succeed_if(crond:account): requirement "user ingroup role-dba" not met by user "user1"
May 27 14:51:05 example crontab: pam_succeed_if(crond:account): requirement "user ingroup role-auditing" not met by user "user1"
May 27 14:51:05 example crontab: pam_succeed_if(crond:account): requirement "user ingroup role-storage" not met by user "user1"
May 27 14:51:05 example crontab: pam_succeed_if(crond:account): requirement "user ingroup role-example-localaccess" not met by user "user1"
