How to add a reverse DNS zone and record in IdM / IPA?

Issue

• How can one add a reverse DNS zone and record in IdM / IPA using the web UI or the command line utility?
• The web UI have a field description for "Reverse zone IP network:" that can be confusing to understand and use, with a blocking error message "Not a valid network address" preventing to understand what is the exact format of use. How to achieve this ?
• We can not add a reverse zone through the command line, the following error is received:

ipa: ERROR: invalid 'name': only letters, numbers, and - are allowed. DNS label may not start or end with -
