KVM guest (RHEL) incurs temporary hangs or 'soft lockup' events/panics.
Issue
A RHEL guest system running in a KVM virtual machine can incur temporary hangs or 'soft lockup' events (including panics) if the guest uses the SPICE virtual graphics device. Example output of lspci command:

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 based RHEV-H hypervisor
